What About Bob
I am a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area, having lived and worked in the South Hills (Baldwin High School 1978,) Pittsburgh's historic South Side, and currently Franklin Park in the North suburbs in the North Allegheny School District. My wife Nancy and I have been married for seventeen years. We have three children, Nikola, age 12, Stana, age 10, and Sava, age 8. Nikola is now in seventh grade at Ingomar Middle School and enjoys baseball, basketball, golf, swimming, and playing piano. His basketball accomplishments have helped him to be a starting forward on his 7th grade school team. He also is involved with the IMS Orchestra where he is first chair cello, and is in his fourth year of the Junior Tamburitzans of Duquesne. Stana is in fifth grade at Ingomar, enjoys reading books, playing baseball and basketball with the boys, bike riding, and swimming. She is currently on hiatus from the Civic Light Opera Academy where she prepares for her Academy Award acting career! Stana plays violin and bass and is also a member of the Junior Tamburitzans of Duquesne. Sava is excited to follow in the footsteps of his brother and sister and is in third grade at Ingomar this year! Sava enjoys all sports, and he too is now a member of the Junior Tamburitzans of Duquesne.
I am a past President and board member of our Franklin Ridge Estates Community Service Association for 2007. Franklin Ridge is an outstanding pool community with more than 150 custom-built homes located in Franklin Park.

We are active members of the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Whitehall, our life long parish, where I serve as the choir director and children's choir instructor, while Nancy and the children are regular participants of Sunday School and the youth group activities, and Nikola and Sava both serve as alter boys. Stana and Nikola are quite accomplished as epistle readers, too.
For over twenty years, I have also been a member of an ethnic Serbian musical group, performing in various cities around the country. In 2001, the American Serbian Club of Pittsburgh (where we still can be seen performing) honored us for preserving our ethnic culture and heritage.
I am a two term Past President of the Serbian Singing Federation of America, an international organization of church choirs that has provided leadership, guidance, resources, and musical events to promote and perpetuate Serbian music on this continent.
