Hot Wing Dip
5 cups shredded chicken
1-12oz bottle Red Hot or your favorite sauce
2-8oz packages cream cheese
1-8oz bottle of Ranch dressing
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
Combine all ingredients except for the Monterey Jack in a large saucepan over medium heat until cream cheese is melted. Put into a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake for ½ hour at 350. This makes a huge amount. I usually make half a recipe.
