Peach Crunch
 
3 Cups sliced peaches
1 T lemon juice
1 Cup self-rising flour
1 Cup sugar
1 egg
6 T melted butter
 
Place peaches in lightly greased baking dish (8x8x2) and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix flour, sugar, and egg until lumpy. Sprinkle this mixture over peaches. Pour melted butter over top of this.
